Suggested Use

The droppers in our tincture bottle are graduated in 0.25mL increments up to 1.0mL. We consider 1.0mL to be daily dose, but you may require more or less.

Everyone metabolizes cannabinoids differently.

We further recommend dosing in 0.25mL or 0.5mL increments. Smaller doses more times per day will likely be remain effective in your system longer. We encourage you to explore dosing to find what works best for you.

Greatly Redudes Pain

I am 67 years young and have suffered with terrible should pain for years and have done everything from therapeutic massage to dry needling and even steroid shots. The Super Spectrum 45 has given lasting relief with .5ml 3 times a day, every 8 hours. It has also helped my anxiety and I've learned about all the other great health benefits from CBD. I would highly recommend for pain relief abd anxiety. I've tried other brands and found their taste terrible compared to HFO and they cost more. Thank you for your great product.

Hemp oil for sleep

I use very little. It makes me feel too groggy in the morning if I use more than 1/4 of the dropper. It does help with sleep and relaxation.
