Shipping policy
Shipping Options
Customers may select their preferred shipping option at checkout. We currently ship using USPS and UPS. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated based on the selected carrier, service level, and delivery address.
We do not offer free shipping at this time.
PO Boxes
In some cases, delivery to PO Boxes may not be possible. Availability depends on the selected carrier and shipping method.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship only to addresses within the United States and its territories. We do not offer international shipping.
Order Processing
Orders may be placed 24 hours a day through our website.

Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday).

Most orders ship within 24–72 hours after processing.

Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST may ship the next business day.

We do not ship on U.S. Postal Service holidays.
Delivery Time & Carrier Responsibility
Delivery times depend on the shipping option selected at checkout and the destination address. Estimated delivery timelines are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Please note:

In some cases, USPS may mark a package as “delivered” before it physically arrives.

Weather conditions, carrier delays, or local post office issues may cause delays beyond estimated delivery times.

Once a package leaves our facility, we have no control over delivery timing, routing, or carrier operations.

We are unable to modify shipments, confirm delivery dates, or contact local post offices on behalf of customers.

For privacy and security reasons, carriers may not disclose delivery details to third parties.
If a tracking number shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact your local post office or carrier directly. USPS scans packages at delivery and can provide GPS delivery confirmation upon request.
If you do not receive your package within 10 days after it is marked delivered, please contact us for assistance.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and:

the order ships before correction, or
-
the package is returned to us due to address issues,
additional shipping charges will apply to resend the package.
Shipping Notifications
You will receive:

A shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
Please ensure that a valid and correct email address is provided at checkout so you can receive all order and tracking notifications.
Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders may ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping costs will be communicated by our sales department prior to shipment and will be included on the invoice.
