Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once an order leaves our facility, delivery is handled by third-party carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx). Carrier confirmation of delivery constitutes fulfillment of the order.
HFO is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or carrier errors once a package is in transit. Additional shipping terms are detailed in our Shipping Policy.
SECTION 8 – SUBSCRIPTIONS
Subscriptions may only be initiated by customers through the website. HFO cannot manually enroll customers into subscriptions.
Customers receive advance renewal notifications and are responsible for managing subscriptions prior to renewal. Once a subscription renewal processes, refunds are not guaranteed.
HFO may assist with skipping, pausing, swapping, or canceling subscriptions upon customer request.
SECTION 9 – FRAUD, ABUSE & ACCOUNT TERMINATION
